Well, I am coming to the end of week two of weight watchers. It really has not been very difficult. I am sticking to the diet and working out at least two times a week. I'm hoping to get to 3 times a week, but due to Dan working a lot and a very busy schedule I haven't gotten to the Y as much as I would have liked. However, in week one I am down 4 lbs. It isn't as much as I was hoping, but it is a start. I know I didn't get here over night so I won't go back over night either. I will try to keep an update weekly of where I am at.
