So much going on

I am not doing so great lately at blogging. Lots is going on with our family. Fun stuff, friends, kid stuff all good things keeping us busy and away from the blog world.

However, we have some news that was just too big to keep quiet about. We have been working toward adopting a baby girl for over 2 years now. Last night we found out we are at the top of the list for a referral! It could be very soon that we see our sweet daughter's face. AHHHHH!

We are getting so close and we have been saving and fundraising to be able to raise enough. God is awesome and we are so close to our goal. God has worked through our friends, family, and strangers to bring us closer and closer. God is so good. We have a goal of $5000 more to raise. We are doing a little competition between my hubby and myself. If you would be so kind as to help me out I would be so so thankful.

Just go to Adopttogether.org/thegarmans if you choose to make a donation please write that it is for Team Abby in the comment (or if you'd rather it can go to Team Daniel). On Saturday at midnight the game will end. Everyone who donated to the winning team will have their name placed in a hat. For each $10 donated you get an entry. The winner will get a $25 gift card to a place of their choosing. So everyone wins. Thanks in advance. We are so thankful for all your help. We can't wait to meet our baby!

Blessings

This picture fills my heart up with so much happiness there are not words. Do you see how adorable these precious little ones are? I love them each so much.

There is something very special about the friendships you form when you first get married and start having babies. When we first moved to Ohio we quickly formed a family with several couples. We shared in joys as we had babies and struggles that come with life. As life has happened many of these dear friends have moved away (and then some moved back). Since one of the families who lives out of state came to visit we decided to get pictures. It was so fun to all be together again.

I love watching our kiddos together. They all seem to feel so comfortable with each other. My oldest and the only little girl in the group have such a fun friendship. Even when they only get to see each other once or twice a year they are still the best of friends. It is so fun to have a friend you have truly known your whole life. I hope they always have that special bond. I love the bond I have with the mommies of these little ones. I am so continually blessed by the friendship we share.
