I was inspired by this post this week and thought I would try to see how many meals I can get out of 6 bone in chicken breasts. This article gives ideas for 5 meals. I bought three packs of two breasts so I went with 6. I love the ideas she had, but I tweeked the recipes to work for our family's taste and my weight watchers. :) So here is what we are eating this week.
Monday- Chicken Marsala, Salad
Tuesday- House Church
Wednesday- Grilled Chicken and Avocado sandwiches, fruit salad
Thursday- Stir fry, rice, edamame, Asian vegetable soup
Friday- BBQ Chicken pizza
Saturday- Veggie soup
Sunday Eat out for night of worship
